GREAT MOLESEY ART SOCIETY EXHIBITION
The exhibition started with setting up on Friday evening and we had an amazing number of helpers so that we were able to hang our paintings and get home by 9pm. The Saturday weather was wet but we had well over a hundred visitors and Sunday was also busy as the sun came out. Many artists and crafts people sold things. Unfortunately I was not so lucky this time, although there was a great deal of interest in the resin as usual, and especially my use of broken glass from my old conservatory on "Flamenco"and"Swan Landing" This was my screen. The screen position I was given was not entirely ideal as there was little light to show off the glittering glass. The flash from my camera on the swan water, gives you an idea of how lighting can make such a difference. In brighter light the Flamenco lace lights up too.
