2nd Spanish holiday this year!

At the beginning od September my husband and I visited Seville, Cordoba, Rhonda and Granada in Southern Spain. What a beautiful experience. Although the countryside is not too exciting between the cities, the architecture of these Cities is amazing. The mix of Moorish design intermixed with later Christian design is jaw-dropping.

We have taken many photographs which will no doubt lead to many more future paintings and I look forward to the enjoyable pastime of putting paint on canvas, and at the same time reliving memories of our visit.

One visit to a Flamenco evening was extremely colourful and no doubt will really challenge me to produce something with a suitable atmosphere, be it reprisentational or abstract. I have had one attemt so far which has not been satisfactory so the challenge remains!
